Are these really wide at the top?
I don't have large calf's and most boots tend to be too wide up top.

Hi There ! No , actually I’m quite skinny legged , and they were a very nice fit !...( I too avoid that ‘wicked witch of the west’ look ! ☺️😎 )
Definitely the most comfortable boot, and with the softest leather, I’ve ever owned !.
( Gentle souls are ALL glove soft leather , in and out ! )
