angie711123 @margauxenvy hi. Thank you for your interest. The mannequin was measured wrong. I just did it again, and I updated the correct measurements. Basically, this dress is a lace up in the box so you can go even tighter to fit your boss blind. If your hips are at 36, then you are going to fit the dress great the only thing you will have to do is make it shorter unless you wear high heels. This dress is absolutely gorgeous and it was never worn. It was a store sample.
