Great dress by Holding Horses. Purchased at Anthropology. Size 0 but really fits like a 2-4. Three bands of fringe at the bottom and at neck. Side zipper. Dress is cotton and lining is rayon. Measurements are approximately 33” from shoulder to bottom, bust 32” and waist 32”. Great dress for summer!!
