Vintage Retro 70's Victorian Style Maroon JC Penney Lace Satin Gown Dress. So pretty! Vintage JC Penney’s Victorian style dress. Tag reads size 18 but vintage runs small. Measures more like a sz 14. Measurements laying flat: 20.5” across chest 16” across waist 62” long. In great vintage condition, but does have a few stains on skirt and one hole. Not noticeable when worn. Please see last pics.
