Hi, Tonight you purchased a Coach purse from me, however there has been a complication...I never recieved a shipping label which is strange. I have had many past sales and this has never happened. I have contacted poshmark support and am waiting to hear back from them. Is perhaps your address not up to date or missing information? I'm just trying to trouble shoot on my end.

@rellapicassa That's where the issue is then, Poshmark will not send me a shipping label because your info is not complete. Hmmm....I'm guessing you will have to contact poshmark support for assistance. It being the weekend you might have to wait a day or 2 for a reply. Keep me posted.

@rellapicassa ok, well I did send a email to poshmark support requesting assistance because I did not get the shipping label. I will let you know what happens as soon as I hear back. I'm hoping it is rectified quickly. Like I said it has never happened to me before so I'm confused.

Hi Apryl, thanks for purchasing the Guess tank top. Looks like I was never sent a shipping label from Poshmark. Tried to see if I could download it directly from the app, and it was giving me errors as well. This is the first time Iโve encountered this so Iโve contacted Poshmark support to look into it. Hopefully the shipping label can be resolved soon and I can get that sent out to you as soon as possible.

@rellapicassa Ok. Their platform irritates me. When I shipped it on May 17th, I selected that I shipped it. It's because Canada Post isn't keeping up with updating their tracking info, Poshmark just assumes items weren't shipped. Canada Post is backlogged and I have called and they said it isnt uncommon for items to take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. On your end, can you cancel the cancelled order? Or contact Poshmark through your purchases section?

Hi- I would dispute your ultra low 2-star rating on the Michael Kors dress. Due to the ultra light weight fabric it is easy to wrinkle and would require some ironing. As for โwell washed and wornโ, this is not accurate: the fabric is very light and sheer. Very lightly worn and washed is the reality. If there is a issue you can inquire or even send the item back if you are not satisfied in the future. Itโs very unkind to be this type of buyer and it may harm your reputation.

@vambtman My review was accurate and in no way unkind. If you like I can provide pictures of the condition the dress arrived in. The tag and hems of the dress are seized and unable to lay flat as you would see in shrunken material. Also the dress is not 'sheer', black undergarments are easily concealed.This dress and a pair of shoes advertised the wrong size are the only Poshmark purchases that haven't received a 5 star rating from me.

Hi Apryl, I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the bag. I was very transparent about the condition of the bag when i placed it for sale. I added the pics of everywhere the water stains were so that buyers could see the condition of the bag. I hope that you will be able to get the water stains cleaned by a professional. Also, there was nothing missing from the hardware, I'm sorry, I didn't realize at the time of packing that something was loose.

And there is an open metal ring hanging off one side of the bag that matches the rest of the hardware like something used to attach there. These things were not mentioned in your ad.

@rellapicassa I'm truly sorry about this. I was sure the last time I checked the bottom of the bag it wasn't badly stained. I forgot to take a picture of the bottom, I was so focused on taking pictures of the marks on the front and back of the bag. I apologize for the oversight.

@professorh Hi there, what offer are you referring to?? The top arrived today. I thought you weren't sending it at all becauae it took so long and Poshmark told me to just cancel the order. The day after I cancelled it started tracking so Poshmark gave me a return to sender label. I mailed it today.

Itโs a weird new note they sent you when I tried to send you an offer as I noticed you had liked another item and I wanted you yo know that you got 15% off automatically bc you had liked 3 items. But they wouldnโt let me offer you a price or any discounts for shipping. It said you would have to do the offering now. Which doesnโt make any sense.
