@nelie830 thank you! I think it may be too big. Sometimes I can get away with junior size one because sometimes they run a size or two small- if Iβm referring to the model- she has about 2 inches on me in the waist. I see the dress has an elastic waist- but I donβt know if the skirt measured on the hanger at itβs smallest will fit me with a 23β waist. The hips donβt matter as itβs not a form fit dress and the bust ties so that doesnβt matter either. Again- back to the waist π
