gotta_glam @abbylop7676 Hi again! Measurements (approx/laid flat): Waist: 14.5”***(read note below!!) Length: 21” The skirt does not have any stretch at the waist.

gotta_glam @abbylop7676 *As for fitting a 28” waist - technically, it should, being that (laid flat) the waist measures (approx) 14.5”, so it should fit a 29” waist. HOWEVER, that being said, as you’ll see on the tag in the last pic, the skirt has a low waist. Meaning, it’s designed to sit lower on your hips, not on your “true” waist. To find your proper size/measurement, you’d basically want to measure an inch or two below your belly button (given that your torso is of average length).
