J Crew Paper Bag Waist Navy and White Stripe Midi Skirt. Size 8. Excellent like new condition. Skirt has pockets. Elastic waist. Factory Flaw shown in last photo. The small piece of the lining was sewn into the waist. You cannot see this flaw when skirt is worn, it’s 100% on the inside. Measurements are approximate Waist 15” unstretched up to 19” stretched.
