Hi, I would love to purchase a box but was wondering if I can "somewhat customize" it. ex: I don't wear lipstick. Only glosses or light tints. and I'm a neutral kinda gal no bold shadows like blues. I am fair so I have to use light bronzers. Is this feasible?

@marie2539 no worries, I do the same thing!! ππππ I added boxes to my inventory yesterday, but they sold out within a few hours. When I get the ones I sold yesterday completed, I will then add more inventory. I do this so that when someone places an order they know it will be shipped within 24 hours. I don't know if I'm allowed to tell you or how this works but I don't like really bright colors, I love shimmer on my lids and I love mauve and Dusty Rose lips.. my skin type is dry, and I love glowy primers but not glittery. @carlenefunseth hi!! Click on your username at the bottom right, & that'll bring you to your info page. Scroll about halfway down you should see a tab that says "My Purchases", click on that and it will bring you to a page with your orders. Click on whichever order you want to track. You then will see information about the order, and on about the third line (I think!!ππ) you will see the word 'SHIPPED'....click on the word "shipped", and it will bring you to the tracking info.

@alyssagonzal267 the reserved sign will only show up if ALL the boxes in that price point are in the process of being purchased. For example, today I released 4 $149 boxes. If you were to see the yellow reserve sign that means four people are in the process of purchasing. If, for example, three people were in the process of purchasing, the yellow reserved sign would not be there.

@strumble0125 hi!! Boxes are sold out. I list the amount I'm able to do w/in Posh's 3 day shipping window. It's just me making the boxes so I release the quantity I'm able to do in that time. I will restock again on Wednesday @ 2 PM EST. I restock at 2 PM on the dot. My advice would be to wait til you see I have listed the $149 boxes and then goto the $125 box listing and start the checkout process. I'm so sorry for any frustration.

@tiffany_lovett hi Tiffany. I would first recommend that you set up a payment method, so that when you check out it goes quicker. I would also recommend using a computer. I would recommend choosing which box that you want & then click "add to bundle"....so that on the day of the restock, just keep refreshing the page that has your bundle at 2pm.

@tkainz08 hi there!! If you go to the first listing on my page it explains the restock process. The yellow reserved banner appears when somebody is in the process of purchasing a box, it doesn't mean that I've reserved it for them. I know it's confusing. Sometimes when a box has "reserved" this late in the restock it will go back for sale because the person will decide not to purchase it.
