piggyann1960 I'm a seamstress and because the lining is frayed the seam on the waistband must be taken out and the frayed fabric will have to be replaced in order to be sewn correctly. It's a gorgeous pattern, it appears to be Batik which is exclusive of India. I ❤❤❤ clothing made in India. May I please get the measurements?
