burnt orange dress(belt not in clued)

Bought this from forever 21 8 years back and wore it one time and haven't ever since. It's in really good condition. Strapless, elastic around the waist area so you can pair it with a nice belt or not. Depending on height it can come at the knees or above knees. I'm 5'2 it come above my knees.
