Dari Meya Dark Blue Festival Lace Top Mini Dress

Dark blue festival dress with lace top by insert Dari Meya. Though this dress is made of 100% polyester, the blue fabric almost looks like silk. Empire waist and ties in back. The skirt is lined and the lacy part is a bit stretchy. There is no size tag but it should fit a size medium (I wear a size 8 and it fits). Measures about 18.5 inches across from armpit to armpit and 32 inches in length.
