Gorgeous Fancy Dress w/ Sweater

Worn once to a wedding, the dress in perfect/like new condition. The style is so sweet & girly, reminds me of Tinkerbell 🧚‍♀️ the layering & detailing is beautiful and the green & white tie dye has a shimmer in the material. I purchased sweater shrug, (sz Med. Brand Speechless) separate & it adds a nice touch in case it's cool outside/inside, it is missing 2 gems (which can be replaced), otherwise perfect. ABSOLUTELY NO STAINS on either piece. EUC
