Thank you for your question and your interest. The one with the tags sold already and the one I have left remains new and unused ! The tags were removed to photograph-but I no longer have them on this bag. Also, I can certainly rewrap the strap in tissue for you. π€
There are no issues with the bag and the price is fantastic.
