Woven “carpetbag” London Fog. Slightly cropped sleeves hit right at wrists, slightly flared through the bottom of the coat. Hits above knee. Button closure. Fully lined. I’ve never seen another piece like this. Can be belted to give it a different look. Please note: slight wear on inside of right wrist (see image) but overall this piece is in great condition, especially given its age. No size on the label but I’d call it a solid Medium.
