Great dress with halter top and oversized tie for a big bow on the back Previous owner shortened the dress a bit and on the inside (skirt liner) is not pretty. It was just cut and not resewn with a hem. The outer skirt was hemmed and on the outside looks just fine even if the job was a little DIY on the inside.See pics R3
