my daughter is in size 9 shoes size, does that mean she needs a size 9 of these or larger, since it is meant to be worn with shoes in them?

If she wears a size 9 in shoes then she's a size 9 in the boots. My daughters both have these and the style is to accommodate a regular size give or take a bit. My kids can put their tennis shoes inside theirs. We love them out on the farm. If you want to see pictures my insta is @johnsonkidposh101 & I have pictures of them wearing their 2 weeks ago.
