Roamans crop top or blouse

Almost new crop top from Romans. Very light material and so cute with detail pleats down middle of back. The same ruffled pleats on front with V neckline. Pit to pit is 25 and it’s 26 inches long. The sleeves come to elbow and button. You could unbutton and have a longer sleeve.
