my3doves @greatful4grace lol that's totally ok. I always say approximately on all my measurements I'm a 911 dispatcher so I know the hard way of not being exact. A buyer gave me a 2 on a purchase based on description. then she said it doesn't match the photo and, " I should have read the description." I'm like wtf I messaged her I told her all the information in the post was accurate I even said 1st photo is stock photo your bag will look like.....

deevadzign HI doll! Had the same problem yesterday, someone opened a claim because"it was smaller than i expected and is not a crossover" the measurements are listed exactly and the word "crossover" was NEVER ever used! They sided with me but IM SURE shes gonna leave a nasty remark...people suck and most don't have a grasp of the metric system🤣🤣😂love ya
