First off, I want to apologize for not seeing your comments.
I just measured and this sweater measures
P to P 23β with plenty of stretch
Arm Inseam measures 19β
Sweater measuring neck down 22β long
So my answer to you, this sweater runs larger than a large, that indeed is more like an extra large.
