Metallic, accordion-pleated chiffon Kentucky Derby style hat witha large rosette flower and jeweled embellishments. One jewel missing -please see the last picture for details. not noticeable when wearing, but worth mentioning for full disclosure. Nice pre-loved condition with no rips, stains, or holes.
