blondepike @gentrygirl no problem! Waist has stretch. Measures 11 inches across unstretched and about 15 inches across stretched. Length is 26 inches to where the fringe starts. 37 total inches including fringe. This runs small like juniors sizing. And it’s a very fitted style! Hope that helps! 🤗💕🙌🏻
