thriftingvegas @alisonbrown754 Hello and thank you for your interest. If you zoom into the third picture, there are some tiny spots on the lighter brown part of the feather and just above it on the hat material. They are barely noticeable, I am just super picky! Lol!

thriftingvegas @alisonbrown754 Hi! I dont have any experience sizing or measuring hats, but I used a soft dressmaking tape and measured the inner circle just below the rim. It is 22 - 22 1/2" circumference. I also noticed one more little spot on the upper and added a picture of it.
