Red with white polka dot cap sleeve top. 2 non- functional buttons in the front and a hidden zipper on the side. Not sure what type of fabric it is, I'm not seeing a tag with that info but it feels like a stretchy cotton. This shirt says it's a M but it fits more like a small. NWT
