Made in USA White floral trim. Cutout open back with button closure at back of neck. Removable shoulder pads. 50% cotton/50% polyester - machine wash. Condition is nice with gentle fade along one side - I think this shows best on photo with lower part of dress, skirt at rest. Vintage 9/10 - Mannequin is 5'8" XS and dress was a bit big.
