ModCloth Dusty Rose Dress

Dusty rose dress with light billowy layers and a sort of handkerchief style hemline. Can be dressed up quite fancy but also dressed down for more casual wear. Gently worn and there is slight pilling (looks like it could be shaven off) over the chest as shown in the last picture.
