thereruns @kellidunn76 hello! I believe it is. I'm actually too big for a medium so this def wouldn't fit me and my small friends say this would be too big on them. I take it that its true to size if you're usually a medium in Forever 21 clothes

kellidunn76 I had a velvet 1 and like a dummy resold it. idk why I did bc I did liked it and now want another 1. just hard to find!! I tried Amazon but just not the same. I atleast need a lg. thanks for ur help tho😊
