Express Draped Bandeau Strapless Top

Gorgeous dressy tube top by Express. Built in bandeau style shelf bra. Loose fitting, draped chiffon layer on top. Pleated at top of bust. Inside later is fitted and very stretchy but the bra band and top band are firm elastic to help it stay put. Excellent condition. Size small. Approx Measurements Lying Flat: • Bust: Top band elastic stretches from 13.5”-17” across • Length: 15.5” from top of bustline to bottom hem.
