Never worn. Blue and white striped dress. Size 4. Fits 4-6. Satchel belt. Off the shoulder, medium length fit. I bought this dress expecting to wear it to a function that never happened. Therefore I took the tags off but I’ve literally never done anything but try it on in the dressing room. It’s in perfect condition.
