4/$15 - Black 3/4 Sleeve Dress

This is a basic black dress from Decree in a size XS. It has a scoop neck (in the back and front) and 3/4 sleeves. The material is 95% cotton, so it’s soft and stretchy. Perfect as a basic for any wardrobe! This dress is in excellent condition with tons of wear left!
