Silver tone earrings

I don’t really know what to call these beautiful earrings. A name for the design escapes me. But it’s very detailed, silver tone with turquoise type stone in the middle. The bottom half swings freely. They are about 1 1/4 inch long from the hook. Also the hooks and the pendant are all NICKLE FREE!!!!
