deborahmarti333 Hello you said that it runs small and it says 12 on there so would it fit more an eight or a 10? Also in the back seam where you said stitches were out has the fabric been torn where the stitches are out or is the thread just torn?

This is a vintage dress, so it is best that you measure something that fits you and compare those measurements to the measurements in the listing to make sure it fits. Looking at a size chart, it may be closer to a size 6. The material at the vent is not ripped, just needs a few stitches. If I can be of further help, just let me know. Have a great weekend 💕

Yes I’ve had several vintage dresses I really like them I was hoping it wouldn’t be closer to six because I’m like an eight to a 10 these days with Covid fat now !LOL but I’ll measure again and I’m working on my my new diet plan LOL .So if you still have it after I lose a few I might check back. durangowench @deborahmarti333 so it’s about 17” across the bust from armpit to armpit. It’s a little difficult to measure because of the boning. It’s 16.25” from armpit to armpit across the back. And the hip measurement is 36”.

durangowench @deborahmarti333 no, the dot is small and between the bust and side seam. Black sharpie would take care of it. I uploaded pics of the dot and the stitching on the top of the vent for you.
