theluvoffashion @pontoonmutt hi there that is difficult to measure if you look at the sleeve it is more of a peasant style sleeve I can measure mannequin and you can maybe judge by that

pontoonmutt I understand. Measuring the mannequin may work. Without seams/ this style may be more forgiving.??? I wouldn't normally wear a small but if the bust measures 23 it may work, if the shoulders aren't too small.
