This is a fun pre loved Barney’s New York brown Long Coat Jacket with fur detail there’s no care tag but it feels like wool and I don’t know if the fur detail is real or faux doesn’t have a size but would fit a medium bust laying flat is 19” Waist 17.5” in good condition I don’t know if the missing panel is a design detail or actually missing great staple piece for fall and winter
