poshatari The inside is less white than the outside by a shade. The whole white area is definitely not new white but it's not exactly completely dingy either. Years ago when I used to wear this shirt (and it fit) I would just rub in liquid detergent into the collar and let it sit for about a day before I put it in the wash so it's never been treated with bleach, vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. It's best described as very used condition because I wouldn't want anyone to have unrealistic expectations.

poshatari @bossdjfargo IN my opinion it's a very cool Penguin shirt compared to most. You're charging over 50% of retail for Penguin polos. It has a white collar and it's not a new shirt so naturally the collar isn't pristine but overall the shirt is in good shape.
