American Eagle blue cotton ruffle front dress

Size 2 AEO lightweight cotton dress with beautiful blue pattern and a ruffle going down on the front of the dress. No zipper as the top portion is stretchy. Easy to slip on and very comfortable! I used to live in this dress but you can’t tell - it’s in great condition. With hanging straps still attached. Just hoping to make some closet updates and hoping this dress will find a great new home!
