amaloneylax @audreyejs Hi! It has poly insulation. It isn’t bulky and looks slim on but was warm enough for a Chicago winter. Not for a hike on Mt. Everest but great for everyday. I would say you are good in this with a sweater on into the 20’s. And yes, it is true to size for North Face, which means it runs a little small compared to other brands.
