Beautiful Vintage Bright Flower Print Dress NWT

Colorful vintage flower dress. 8 Crystal/glass looking buttons; 1 needs to be sewn back on. Flowers are all bright: blue, yellow, lime green & red all with bright green leaves on white background. Scalloped neck, seaming for shape, cap sleeves, back vent. High quality material with lining. This was a posh purchase that ended up being too small bc its VINTAGE 16, which is more like 14 with very little stretch. Could stand an iron & button reinforcements. I just want to get my money back.
