1andonlyplanet @alic960 Vintage items usually have regular waist, not lower and like to check before purchases. Meanwhile, if you compare with a skirt you own with lower waist, the measurements will show bigger, so I actually recommend to measure your own waist in vintage cases. If you are sure that this skirt’s measurements are too small, I will appreciate if you can cancel it. Thanks❣️
