runway63 Hello, anyone who bought from her as soon as Posh asks you to receive item, that is when you have the option to REPORT what is wrong with item. Then they will ask you to take a pic (which is very important) and send in complaint. They will not charge your cc and then will investigate. After a few days they will send you a return postage to send it back once approved. No charges to you...😊 it will be sent back to her. And she will have to pay the postage to posh. And you will be credited back.
