Esley White Bubble Dress Size S Party Dance Wedding Tulle Ruffles Strapless Mini in excellent used condition. I can't figure out where the attached floral belt goes though! I'm a little older and am sometimes not so good with this sort of thing. The dress is fully lined with silky polyester. The outside is tulle and has ruffles. Elastic around the bottom and the non-slip rubber around the top (inside of course) and a zipper closure. Measurements in comments.
