Antique silver multi strand chain bracelet with magnetic closure. This is for a small wrist. Approximate measurements are 6.5 -7" in length. My wrist is 7" round so I can get it on but the fit is too tight. The oval design in the middle looks like a few small marcasite stones. I can't be sure since this was gifted to me.
