Ok so I’d like to say the top runs true to size but Since it’s super stretchy, & sort-of ruffled, & good quality fabric- it also Fits a medium in my opinion just as well- but it was purchased as a large & was worn & loved by someone who is typically a size large & it totally fit & flattered her the way she wanted. Haha not sure this helps… hope so! -I’m happy to measure for u if ud like! Just lemme know!
