sarariggs @frugalfashion01 hi! Smoke and odor free :) definitely fine with a sweater, I think it would just depend how puffy your coat is or arm width. The drop from the handle to the start of the bag is about 8” to 8-1/2”. I’ve also added two pictures of me wearing it with a sweatshirt for reference 👍
