Gorgeous blue dress with white piping. No tag--possibly homemade. Condition on the outside is excellent. On the inside you can see the age more and there are 3 small tears in the lining. Woven fabric is natural and a relatively loose weave--irons well and has some give. Length 38" inches 22" from the bow to the bottom of the skirt. 27" waist If you want another measurement, just ask!
