NWOT blue and cream paisley striped fit & flare maxi shirt dress has a sweeping, swingy silhouette. Relaxed fit with 3/4 roll-tab sleeves and mini underskirt silky lining. Bought this to wear to my son’s high school graduation but it was freezing & raining so I went with something warmer. (thanks Chicago!)
