There is an area near the bottom of the zipper where the seam is coming undone, as pictured. Easy fix. There are also a few extremely small and not noticeable holes near bust. Belt loops, no belt. Measurements: Bust - 34-40" - Very stretch fabric, can accommodate a larger bust Waist - 26-30"
