Vintage white tag Lilly Pulitzer halter dress. Printed patchwork print including a bunch of classic prints. Size 8. I am the second owner of this dress and cannot speak to alterations, but the liner does seem to hang below, as shown. Lilly lace is still on hem. When laid flat, approximate measurements are: empire waist- 13.75”, hips- 19.5”, length from empire waist to hem- 21”. Smoke free, retriever friendly home. 🐶
