Hailey Logan Black Cut Out Dress

Size 3/4 fits like an XS. Gorgeous black chiffon mini dress with spaghetti straps and criss cross cutout upper bodice detail. Hidden back zipper, partially lined. EUC perfect weddings, black tie events, formal events, bridesmaid, date night. I have made a slight alteration to the strap by hand with thread to shorten the strap so the dress wasn't so low. It can be easily cut out! (pictured in the last photo)
