ktwisc @ezmeraldadanger hi sorry for the delay - I added a photo with tape measure at waist - laying flat the measurement is approx 14 inches across at waist. Fabric content tag says 90 percent spandex but the skirt isn’t stretchy so maybe that tag isn’t correct?
